Now that you know that drinking water will do nothing but help your skin and overall body health in general, now we can move on to exercising!  While I am definitely not one for exercising, I mean, honestly, I hate it – it actually really helps your skin and just how tight it is and how soft it is.  While many of you are in the same boat as me, it has to be done ladies!

Just a simple thirty minute exercise a day will honestly improve not just your skins firmness, tightness and also just how great it looks, but it will also improve your general health and you will feel better all over the place!  Yoga is a fantastic way to get some of that energy back and certainly a great way to improve your skin!

So go on ladies, get yourself into the exercise mode and improve those cells to make your skin look young, feel fantastic and all around be amazing!
