All right folks, now that we have gone over all of the water drinking and the exercising, you now need to take into consideration about what you put onto your skin.  While makeup is a given, you want to make sure that before you put the makeup on you are washing your face with an amazing cleanser and that you are choosing the right products for your skin.  For example, LUSH?  I have to say, if you are getting LUSH products, you are definitely going to have some of the best skin in the world.

Take the picture for example, this is called the Aqua Marina Cleanser and while it may not look all that great, it is actually one of the best skin care products to wash away all that oil and dirt and to ensure that you have fresh and young looking skin!  And – the bonus is there are no harsh chemicals in here!
